Green Parking is pleased to offer a great way to pay for your car parking. RingGo lets you pay without having to visit a machine – you just need a mobile phone and a payment card.

Do I have to register?
Yes. You can register for RingGo either on the internet at www.MyRingGo.co.uk or as part of your first RingGo call when you want to pay and park.

How does it work?
To use the service call RingGo on 0203 046 0010.

If you’re a new caller, it will ask for:

  • Your vehicle’s registration, make and colour
  • The 4-digit code for your location
  • How long you want to park for, and
  • Your payment card details

Once you have registered with RingGo, the system remembers you
on subsequent visits and simply asks you:

  • To confirm the vehicle you want to park
  • To confirm the location
  • How long you want to park, and
  • Your card security code

How much does it cost?
RingGo costs 20p on top of the standard car park fee. If you wish a confirmation text this will cost an additional 10p. A reminder text sent ten minutes before your session expires is included in your purchase at this location.Can I extend my parking?
Yes. Simply call RingGo again and the service will ask you:

  • How long you want to extend for
  • Your card security code

Is a ticket required? How do parking attendants check that I’m parked correctly?
No ticket is needed. The Parking Attendant looks up your number plate on a handheld device. This checks the RingGo system to make sure you have paid to park.

How can I get a VAT receipt?
VAT receipts are available online to view and print at www.MyRingGo.co.uk
